Classes at Evolution Yoga Studio

All classes at Evolution Yoga Studio have been canceled and the studio
has closed.
Unfortunately, Evolution suffered a lot of water damage during the extreme cold weather last month, when a water main burst. Despite efforts to fix the damage, the owners finally decided to close the studio. I am looking for another venue to teach and can hopefully offer these classes again soon.

FIRE FLOW—Build Strength, power, and balance with dynamic sequencing as we tap into the fire element and build inner heat in this whimsical fire flow class. All levels welcome.
LOTUS FLOW—Classes have themes ranging from anatomy, philosophy, psychology, and astrology, to chakras. Classes start with breathing practices, then we move into a vinyasa flow, using props when needed for alignment. Class wraps up with slower yin or restorative poses or meditation.
